Join us for a one-night class on the basics of wine tasting, focusing on varietals from the Northeastern region. The class will be led by our in-house sommelier Angel, and Cory from Provisions in Northampton, MA.

We will be touching upon the basics of how to taste wine; pulling apart the components of wine highlighting acidity, tannin, residual sugar, particular flavors, and more. We will go over basic vocabulary and etiquette, as well as day-to-day wine selection. A true basic wine tasting class for those who want to feel more confident when going to a wine tasting or winery!
