Come and enjoy a unique and special tasting of our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon. Our winemaker Ian Modestow will be pouring samples from 12 different barrels and explaining the nuances from each specific barrel, new, old, American, and French oak and how oak aging plays into the character of the wine. Platters of specially paired cheeses and meats will be available to savor on during the tasting.

Two tasting sessions available: 4:30 PM or 7:00 PM Please plan on approximately 2 hrs for each tasting session
