Black Birch Vineyard will host the Black Birch Library Series, a 4-month exploration of our first 10 years of winemaking, digging deep into older vintages, the hits and misses and everything in between. We’ll also compare these vintages to our current selection, walk folks through the aging process, how to store wine and the decisions that went into each vintage. 

This tasting will focus on Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tastings will be accompanied by catered small bites.
