Black Birch Vineyard will host the Black Birch Library Series, a 4-month exploration of our first 10 years of winemaking, digging deep into older vintages, the hits and misses and everything in between. We’ll also compare these vintages to our current selection, walk folks through the aging process, how to store wine and the decisions that went into each vintage. 

The focus for this tasting is Chardonnay. Get a chance to taste through different vintages including an award winner from the 2015 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition!

The tasting will be accompanied by catered small bites.
