Do you want to elevate your wine enjoyment? Does wine pairing have you lost and bewildered? Join us for all three classes or choose just one class focusing on one type of food course, and let's explore the AMAZING world of wine pairings.
Black Birch Vineyard has teamed up with our friends Alena Douglas from Provisions and Laura Bowman from Blue Door Gatherings to offer three evenings of fun, food and the exploration of wine pairing. Each evening will focus on a particular course; appetizers, main entree and desserts. Each class will offer 5 selections of food and wine pairings that have been thoughtfully curated by the creative food and tasting team.
Our very own wine educator, Laura Lefebvre will guide you alongside Alena and Laura to explore a selection of wines that will enhance the gastronomic experience, explain why and provide you with the tools to create your own wine pairings at home or in a restaurant with more confidence.
Join us for a wine and food-filled evening with some education thrown in for good measure. We look forward to seeing you there!
